Welcome to Krishu Market. We essentially do not collect your personal data, but if we do so, we do it strictly for security reasons and we absolutely do not provide those data to any third-party. This privacy policy explains our minimal data footprint when you use our website.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you manually provide to us or authorize through third-party integrations:

  • Account Information: Your email address, encrypted password, and display name.
  • Discord Data: If you connect your account using Discord, we collect your basic Discord public profile (User ID, Username) to issue you verified badges and seamlessly add you to our community server.
  • Communication Data: Messages, files, and content exchanged within our secure on-site Ticket system.

2. How We Use Your Information

We securely process your data to operate the marketplace effectively:

  • To verify your identity and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • To track active seller rented slots and expiry dates.
  • To dispatch email copies of your Chat Transcripts when a ticket is closed.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We strive to keep minimal data. Ticket conversations are highly sensitive and are automatically closed and archived 30 minutes after creation (or 5 minutes after manual closure). Transcripts are retained privately for administrative dispute resolution but are permanently purged at regular intervals.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We utilize the Discord API strictly for OAuth identity verification. We never sell your personal data to ad agencies or data brokers.

5. Dispute Resolution & Middleman Policy

For your strict safety during transactions, utilizing an official Middleman from our Discord Server is absolutely compulsory to finalize deals. If a user voluntarily chooses to conduct a transaction without the supervision of an official server Middleman, Krishu Market and its administration will bear unconditionally zero responsibility for any subsequent financial losses or breaches of privacy.

You may request account deletion or data modification at any time by contacting our administrator team through our official Discord Server's support channel.
